How come my new convertible couch/sofa bed won't open? - convertible couches stores in nys
It seems to be a mechanism in the new sofa-bed that the mattress is on the frame for shipping. Whatever it is (a fact or eliminated?) For the delivery guy, and we can a way to keep it open to find the cause.
We called the store, but had no idea too, but will send someone tomorrow at a glance. (I do not know what is more weak, me or the provider can not even tell us how to operate the thing.)
Who can light on everything that is necessary to protect the mattress, which is a less night on a cot open.

Take the cushions of the couch and see if it (a cloth or something) on the front of the bed frame to define the structure of the sofa-bed. Adds or cut, if not to break, and should be corrected.

Remove the cushions and hope that there is probably more than one belt is under the table, not to leave during the birth and sits on the furniture store .... Maybe you need to make the bed nailed upside down to get there.
